Sir, This is related to Mumbai US VISA consulate at Bandra Kurla Complex..The VISA seekers have to wait in open facing Heat, Sun, Sweat and Rains. The wait could be more than 2 hours, and taxing for ladies and senior citizens. I suggest a shade/shelter be provided to VISA applicants near the VISA consulate. 2) Similar experience is faced by Passport seekers at Kondhwa office,PUNE. There is no seating arrangement near the passport office. Kindly solve these two problems immediately. Regards,

I donot know this is right place to write or not. but I want to share this . travelling with airindia is worst experience , on counter staffs are making joks , laughing at 6 am . they are behaving like we have not paid. once when we were child it was a luxury to fly with this now not at all . breakfast was totally bad , cold ,tasteless, no other words. my kids were allotted with emergency exit sits . after that cabin crew told us we have to change the sits and requesting others to change.look on

For new born Indian registration in UK and its first passport, the process is cumbersome. You have to go to 4 times to embassy with some many papers. For those living outside london, everybody can not afford to travel 4 times and devote 4 days for similar job. Why Govt do not merge both and make it simple?

I had visited UK(London) Embassy, Qatar Embassy in past. UK embassy is worst, where people are made to wait in chilling weather to collect daily quota of 100 tokens. Inside embassy is worst place, broken toilets with dirty carpets. No proper communication response. Regarding qatar embassy their worker rescue service is worst.Workers in middle east are worst treated people in the world. Each member on loosing their life should get insurance and properly deported with benefits and return ticket.

Modiji, we must allow the US Embassy Passport Office to open their operations in New Delhi again. People from North travel all the way to Chennai specially just to get a H1B or L1/2/3 visa...this is unnecessary and must be avoided.
