With regards to the Youth Policy i wish to specially write as I was appointed on the 1st Youth Council under the National Youth Policy but unfortunately we were not even called for the 2nd Meet. We had given our views for the 1st Meet but till now not heard from the Ministry. Really disappointed, I still hope to that my leadership qualities could be given a chance. Awaiting..... Jai Hind

We have to give the clear message n convince the Youth to give hand in nation building process not just waiting for getting govt. only . we have to convince for self-employment, that also govt. work. We have to make them secure that the environment of Business is more conducive than for NRI"s. For them we have to make some definite program;- 1.single window clearance either in his place 2.small industrial estate in each Block 3.Govt . strict direction to banks to finance through MSME approval.

First of all the youth of India should know how to respect a woman. Everyday when i open any tV channel or newspaper I see that women are getting raped, molested etc. in India and mostly it is done by the so called 'YOUTH" of India! Then how can we expect that our youth will have leadership qualities. The youth should first learn how to respect an woman. Laws should be strict so that youth doesnt go in wrong path and severe action should be taken if he is doing crimes. Jobs should be given too.

There are two way to develop anything : theory & practical. First we should teach them some theoretical concepts of leadership. After that we should give them some small task. And After analyzing the task of them we can easily that what to improve ....

It is not important to b a leader but rather be a person in the grp without which the leader cannot do anything.Yes leadership qualities is important and that can be achieved only by making the person to stand for what is right and what is wrong who can fight for his right .If every person take up an idea and put full dedication on it he is a leader .give every individual the required space and the authority who can hear there problem then only he can raise the voice and become a good leader.

just an out of the box idea and maybe not a good one but think about this most western countries sent their young men and women on mandatory army training. This makes them disciplined, physically and mentally strong and i feel less susceptible to corruption. It will also instill a sense of capability that they can achieve something.
