dear Mr.Prime Minister marginalizing starts with lack of interest in going to Govt schools 1) this happens due to the bad conditions of the schools 2) this arises due to negligence of the school authorities 3) this arises out of no fear of job loss 4) this is due to permanent jobs of Govt and not performance based. To improve the systms, work on the disease rather than the symptoms Make jobs and promotions performance based. If the PM must perform, how can it be witout Govt officials?

1. Uniform syllabus through out India 2. Provide scholarship to students after 10/+2 based on marks and not based on caste or family income or any other criteria. It should be purely based on merit (If possible directly to bank account opened while the student is at school) 3. Make it mandatory for all govt staff to enroll their children at govt schools within 5 or 10 km radius from their home.(Standards of Govt school will automatically increase) 4. Uniform syllabus throughout India.

To improve literacy among youth.: 1) Awareness campaign at country level ( like swach bharat so as to reach every part of country & not only ads on TV) 2) education should combination of books + skills , every school should teach students one skills ( in china school giving training of hardware, software ,assembling mobile laptop & pc to the students of above- 7th class .(this may also fulfil skill India mission) 3)Guaranteed jobs in gov or pvt co (because of skills) also reduced unemployment.

As many people said, improve the quality of education system, every government employee should make their children be sent to government schools and etc..I m sorry these are not the solutions "to improve the literacy among the marginalised youth". The real solution are : 1) Giving them daily wages who attend schools/colleges. 2) Tuning them to a vision & create the confidence that literacy can change their lives. 3) Showing them various advantages & opportunities of being educated.

1. Single education system (syllabus) for whole india. 2. Govt. school should have quality education. Our govt. schools have zero education level. 3. Standard of Govt. School teachers should be increased. 4. Basic education of general awareness, cleanliness, traffic, legal rights and of course moral science should be mandatory. 5. Career Orientation programmes should be organized. 6. Basic amenities in school should be mandatory. 7 NGO should be appointed where schools are not available
