12- Introduce a concept of National education Number (NEN) for every student and have a data base with CBSE/OTHER INSTITUTE to allow easy transfer of student from one school/college to other. this will reduce false admission and degree problem, this Number once allotted must remain with student till his whole life(Do not introduce addhar for this) This system will help govt to target needy student.

1 Govt should increase budgetary allotment for (primary ,secondary and higher education) .I am sorry to say that but Modi govt has decreased this budgetary allotment 2-Allow B.E./B.TECH STUDENT FOR TEACHING jobs in primary & secondary education. 3-Govt should open new govt schools instead of closing them.(which is the case now) 4- Govt should do mass recruitment to fill vacant post of teacher 5-Implement a common curriculum all over india 6-Constitute a National Education Comm (NEC)

Kisi bhi govt. job exams ke liye eligibility criteria 1st class pass out ka hota hai. Jo ki galat hai. Agar koi galti se ekhad bar 2nd class pass hota hai to usko job nhi milega kya?? Indian neavy, upsc me is tarah ka criteria hota hai. Matlab koi student agar 12 std me ya degree me 2nd class me pass hota hai to wo pass ho ke bhi fail hota hai kyuki use kisi bhi govt. Job ke liye apply nahi karte ata. Isi wajah se kam marks ane par students education chhod dete hai. Yah criteria badlana hoga..

yes I agree with Sivakumar, if you want to provide best services , we have to control our population and the same needs to be embedded into the school/college curriculum somehow so that at-least the future generation understands it and controls it. Further continuous communication needs to be done across the country using TV, media , Social network, hoardings etc.

1. Single Board and Single Curriculum followed across all the schools in the country. CBSE is ideal choice. 2. Digital infrastructure experience in classroom - Sessions can be conducted simultaneously across multiple schools via Good passionate teachers, CCTV, Biometric attendance 3. Common Exams across the country. Online if possible including assessment.4. Good Governance Model and School Audits to be done by Private bodies. 5. Teacher payscale performance based with rewards and recog programs

First of all appoint teachers in schools who have aptitude and inclination for teaching. impart them training to them for one year on teaching with compulsory test in theory and practicals. Afterwards post them in schools with decent salary. The appointment to teacher may through eligibility test conducted every half yearly with age limit of fifty five and retirement of sixty five without pension. But salary should be decent so that best talent attracted for better generation.
