Dear Sir, Jai Hind I would like to share the pain area of many Indians who have booked flats with their hard earned money in hope to get a home . But in absence of Real Estate Regulator builders are making them fools and taking undue advantage. Usually false promises are made , projects are delayed , builder buyer agreements are one sided in favour of builders .
