Healthcare practices advocated by Ayush systems (namely Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa and Homoeopathy) are known to promote general wellness. In fact, they exert a positive impact both on the mind and the body. These practices aim to go beyond the symptoms diseasesand work on the overall strengths and weakness of an individual.They are normally free of side-effects, and their rewards are long-lasting.

COVID-19 has brought in new challenges before the health care system. With no definite cure for the disease, the health care systems all over world are stretched to their limits. The surest and safest way to survice the pandemic is to avoid falling sick. As a result, immunity of a person has become the key factor in prevention and treatment of COVID-19.

The strength of AYUSH systems in strengthening the natural immune system of the human bodyis well known. They provide solutions for this using readily available herbs, condiments etc., many of which are also widely used in our day to day cooking. The fact that the AYUSH medicines and therapies have negligible side effects is also a reason for their wide acceptability.

For many of us, our childhood memories include decoctions or medicines consumed to prevent disease like flu or viral infections. During the current pandemic also, the Ayush medicines and therapies have been extensively used,especially for prevention of disease. Documented and undocumented reports about Ayush-based solutions helpingboth in prevention of and recovery from Covid -19are increasingly seen in the public domain. Correct information about such solutions needs to be made available to the people across the country in easy formats, so that they can adopt them in their daily lives.

An effort has been made to compile some easy-to-adopt Ayush based immunity building measures/solutions.

First cleanliness. Diet Ginger, pepper, turmeric should be added in our diet. These are all good for our immunity booster. Drinking milk with turmeric, Ginger and pepper is good. Taking bath in hot water twice a day. social distancing and not allowing outsiders inside our house. surya namaskar early morning. doing yoga, exercising all boost our energy. And drinking only hot water, and eating only hot things good for our health during this pandemic. very important salt water goggle. All Ayurved

AYUSH BASED SOLUTION 1. Take clove and pure authentic honey 3times in a day 2.take golden milk( milk and haldi powder) once or twice in a day 3.include fruits in your diet regular basis 4. Massage moderate warm oil in your chest anticlockwise and then clockwise 5. Massage warm oil in both feet before sleep 6. 5 to 10 min focus on your breathing cycle 7.Do pranayama -anulom bilom and kapalbhati 8.dont stick with mobile or other gadget spend sometime in productive work

at that time we should to use liquid water for everytime and we can take turmeric milk at the night before go for sleep. these things will boost our immunity and we can give 10 to 15 minutes for yoga in the morning ensure it will boost our immunity on the physical stage and on mental stage too. jai hind🇮🇳❤️ thank you so much for read.

hume aaj fir wo aapne aatit ke aaush jo puri duniya jiska use kar ri hai ye humare desh ki den hai, esko aaj ke jamane me fir kaam me lene ki jarurt hai ki kyuki aaj humare pass etne sansadhan nhi hai jo es corona ke ager sari manv jati ko aapne chapet me le le to. es se bachne ke liye humara pachan tantr our humara nirog rehna bhout jaruri hai es liye aaush ak ram ban elaj hai eska ager humara sarir kisi bhi bimari lad sakta hai to corona harega our aaush jitega👍🧎‍♀️

Nature holds every possible cure for every disease as all the diseases are also a part of nature. That's why different shapes of food like rajma, almonds or say walnuts, we eat represent our different body organs and help us to stay fit. likewise I found coronavirus virus resembling datura. So I really if we use it wisely maybe with bhaang or bhelpatra in little proportions , it will definitely boost our immune system to fight against Covid-19. Go For Datura (Naturopath) OM NAMAH SHIVAY

अपनी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाने के लिए सर्व प्रथम आयुर्वेदिक नुस्खे ही अपनाने चाहिए। अपने रोजमर्रा की दिनचर्या में गर्म पानी, हल्दी का दूध,चवन्प्राश जैसी सामग्रियों को शामिल करना चाहिए। प्राकृतिक चीजों को अपनाते हुए डिब्बाबंद खाद्य पदार्थों को ना करना चाहिए।

So we should take the responsibility to take care of ourselves and make our immunity as strong as possible,As it is rightly said-today more than 95% of all the chronic diseases are caused by the food choice toxic food ingredients and nutritional deficiencies,So practice doing Yoga Intaking medicinal plants like neem,tulsi Avoid junk food Add green vegetables in your diet Health is as money we never care until it's lost

All the practices prescribed by Ayush System are practised from old days and these are really very beneficial for everyone. I myself practice yoga and Pranayam for my allergy treatment and drink kadha prepared as described by the Ayush System...
