First of all thanks a lot for making IRCTC website free from agents/Bugs.Now one can book the normal ticket/Tatkal ticket directly from website.I really appreciate u to make it available for a common man.I am highlighting a problem still which a common man is facing.That is the TDR Process.It is really painful now a days also.it's taking so long time for refund.Even nobody is replying even IRCTC also in case of TDR.Please help to make the TDR process easy.Its very painful now a days also.Thanks

Sir thanks for starting the my gov.Bharat ki railway ka naam sunkar logo ke maan me sirf tracks pr pada gandgin ka bhandar yaad ata hai.sir sabse pahle railway me eco toilet har train me hona chahi taki tracks per gandgi na ho or manav mal se khaad banai ja sake.tracks pr padi gandgi se kai bimario ka khatra hai jab tak tracks pr gandgi hogi tab tak swach bhart ka sana hakikat me nahi badlega.

Also for people who cannot afford smartphones,telephone service need to be started which will provide the information automatically after the train number has been entered.

The train running information can be updated Via GPS, while the people who are traveling can also broadcast a comment on a central platform so that all the work does not need to be done by Govt. ,the public can also help.The Govt can relay the Running information on that same central platform where Everyone can interact,so that both are kept in a loop and also the most updated information is provided.

Why not start a service with the help of both Govt & public? The Govt can update the status officially,while the people can update the status by commenting.This will take some load off the Govt. and also help the public.

It is good time to start mobile apps for Railways.All the information can be updated in a datbase which is shared both on Web as well as mobile platform

Railway should start railway manager to interact with customer using video call facility so customer can get his/her problem solved through video call facility
