3. Disconnect with passengers of railway personnel on train:What we witness is that there is no connect between the TT or caretaker with the passengers. If after every station an announcement is made by TT for all passengers, welcoming them, plus dos and donts, facilities available, then it will bring in lot of relief, transparency, sense of service in railways. Its time that railways take this step to improve services. It will improve cleanliness in trains and improve awareness in passengers

Location of the train for passengers travelling - - Its irony that people at home and at station know the actual position of train while the passengers travelling have to ask the train personnel or look through the window which becomes difficult at night. The technology is needed to be used in all the traines with electronic display fitted showing the actual location and arrival time at the next station. It will take care of unnecessary passenger anxiety is good citizen friendly initiative .

1. Age old anxiety of when the train will start - Please give the driver a microphone and speakers in each coach. The drivers should make announcement 2 -3 minutes before the time when he is going to start actually. Its cheap and can be fitted in all trains quickly. It will ease the panic and uncertainty witnessed in the station.

Every year the government should publish what did the each minister, MP, MLA did during the year. The government should publish at least top fifty jobs done by these elected people in a year.

There should be minimum qualification for politicians according to the position they are contesting for. When we have minimum qualification criteria for an attender in government offices, why should not there be eligibility criteria for politicians who are a part of government and take crucial decisions. They are also public servants in our country.

Online voting system to be implemented for the people who are staying away from their home town. One of the reasons would be people working with private organizations in other states. Most of the people are not willing to travel to home town to cast their vote on election day. This online voting system can be optional and government ask the people to register their names for online voting before elections. People who opt for this facility, their names to be deleted from physical voting system.

Celebrities should be given some responsibility in building modern India. If a scientist or doctor does a great job, no body will discuss about it but if a film or cricket celebrity does a small thing then it will spread like any thing and most of the people discuss about it. Film and cricket celebrities have huge fans in India. So we should use those celebrities and give them responsibility in building modern India so their fans will get attracted and they will become a part of development.

I checked up with many private and corporate schools in Hyderabad regarding what would be the minimum age of a child who is seeking first time admission in pre school or nursery. No one could answer my question and all of them replied me that you can take admission at any age. Some schools are taking one year six months babies also but I do not think they should suffer at this age. An experts committee should work on this and make an act which guides all schools in taking admission.

Caste name should not be mentioned in any educational certificates. Father's name, mother's name, date of birth, identification marks only to be mentioned. We should not divide the people by caste. I studied in Orissa but I do not have caste name in my certificates. Whereas Andhra Pradesh Government is mentioning student's caste in 10th class certificates. Recently CBSE also agreed to mention caste in certificates. There should be single rule across India.
