please make reservation chart digital .means provide a tab to tte which is connect through internet.
so people can get reservation in running train online.
Please work on Cooli services as well. if we can book the cooli during Ticket booking then it will be remove the unncessary issue during hiring them....
We should first invest in the infrastructure so that we can run 2-4 train simultaneously in a single route.. This will help to reduce the black ticketing... Then we can focus on the improvement of services like catering, tracking services, SMS services. Also we need to look for some different type of coach design, because ladies and old age people facing probelm if they not get lower berth.
There may be big screens showing current locations of trains crossing that station based on GPS will facilitate passengers as well as rail employees
suppose some person not call for enquiry than sms service also provided for enquiry.In sms service customer enter TEnquiry and send to any toll free number than first customer select state than travelling starting point to destination point so railway department gives names of trains and than customer dial 3 e.g vadodara to delhi train than all information about vadodara to delhi train ticket available or not. so customer easy to train enquiry system.
indian train network are world's largest network so the train enquiry system proper created.In this system all state wise call center network generated.each state has different language so all state has different call center language created.so train enquiry system distributed on state wise do load of customer decreased and better service given to customer.the toll free number is also different for all states.proper employees selected for customer care office so better service provided.
For Train Enquiry System
We recommend Indian Railways to use "Miss Call" Service, wherein, a passenger just needs to gave a miss call on a given number to get PNR status, Train arrival timing, delay etc by a reply Sms.
For that we would need to club a mobile number with the ticket. Different Railway zones could use different number to cater to huge load its server would be expected to get.

Rail and passenger security is also very important as digital rail. Only digital rail cannot make us safe journey.
I saw an incident happened in train. Local passengers had a brawl to the other passenger and they sply went onto their village by stopping train by pulling chain. If there was no chain pulling those culprit person could have been caught by police. And in that situation police says"kyu in aawaaron ke muh lagte ho,inka kuch bhi karna mushkil hai" is there no justice to such kind of situation?plz PM Modi ji or rail minister ji do sometihing in this regards. I am writing this in some hope.
Emergency brake available in the train should be removed from all trains running in India. Significance of brakes were good in previous time but now a days these are misused most of the time. During exam days like SSC or army recruitmrnt , the students fucks the train. Sometime by train pulling train stands in forest zone. The train could be looted or wrong thing happens to the passengers. Local passengers argues to other one and by pulling g trains the run into the village or locality.
