Nowadays mobiles become handy for everyone.. so let the people knew about their proper usage.. their are many sites available on internet which help to know peoples in which stations the trains are arrived as well as how much time the train is delayed.. apart of sms option .. sites such as live running status of trains..

Why Train Enquiry System cannot give the right time sometime? Reason is that these entries are made manually and adjusted to show system is effective.Railways have system with them which can directly feed entry and exit of Train (Data Logger). which required few modification. But due to internal politics this system is not implemented till date.

सभी ट्रेन में GPS लगाना चाहिये अौर इसे central enquiry से जोड़ देना चाहिये

1.An update can be given on passengers mobile via SMS &email on that journey day continuously. 2.An APP can be created for this particular issue.

139 नंबर को टोल फ्री कर दिया जाये।sms aur app के माध्यम से भी जानकारी लेने की सुविधा प्रदान की जाये।

Railways has got lot to improve, for example appreciate if you can run trains on time without keeping passenger trains under wait mode until the express or super fast trains are crossed over. Time and destination of the passenger in any train is important. And take measures for specifying the reason why a train stops unnecessarily where there is no scheduled stop

Railway has it own many microwave tower which can be utilized. Railway shall notctake the mobile and internet services through private companies. As example railway bus paying much more to airtel for mobile services used by railway employee. In the my best of my knowledge aboutv5 km their is a microwave tower which may be utilized or may be given to private concern on rental basis .these agency can provide at very nominal chargec the mobile and net service to railway.

I think we need an app for android, windows, apple phones where we can see running status easily. Now in the website, train number is again have to put to see the running status even if clicked from the page of specific train status page to see running status, which I think not very user friendly.

Services from Indian railways really need an uplift, we have definitely seen a transformation in services with respect to our ticketing system, online booking has improved, information is available at your mobile. but when you get into the train the services takes the beating, the professionalism of the in train staff needs to be really improved, TTE's needs to be more professional while interacting with passengers. Corruption inside the trains are very high from decades, proper complaint system
