mera sujhaw hai ki watinig listed ticket ko conferm karne ka kuch trika nikla jay. kyoki wating tiket 2 minth oahele lene ke bad bhi confirm nahi hota hai . eske liye teket dalao ka dhndhli badta hai. ya har expres traino ke sath me ek general bogi ki ek train chalane ki bystha kiya jay to teket dalao ko rokne me saflta mil sakti hai.

Sir my suggestion, If Wifi is enable in train and across the country to use everywhere we can track every single data about our journey and get information required.

A PNR with paired phone no. is big enabler of services-running time, coach placement, platform info.

Official railway mobile application should be design for online ticket booking, train time inquiry, PNR status, suggestion form, complaint form, feedback form etc. so that any one could do these task easily through his/her mobile to save time & cost and also services of railways would be improved.

suggestions for passengers convenience --- (a) the intimation about platform from which a train is leaving/coming, should be SMSed. this will comfort passengers and relatives who do not know, which side to park his vehicle to reach correct platform, (b) convert major rail stations into an airport style RAIL-PORT in which non-passengers will be asked to leave from entry gate but old/infirm/disabled should be escorted to compartments, free of cost, by rail assistants with escalators/lifts

Sir, as per my view money is the instrument which can bring about changes. IR can improve in all aspects once they generate revenue. And as per my belief IR has no less customers as all the trains they run are packed. Then where does the revenue go. IR can improve only if they take measures to tap the ticket less travellers. Corrupt or TTs not performing duties and framing digitised ticket checking mechanisms and most important fencing the railway platforms. Slowly things will start improving

their is problem online enquiry system. it provide wrong details or sometimes it provides information late due to which everyone faces problem in enquiry system and maximum people using online enquiry system.

we need a change in law. Why should a Prime minister or Chief Minister approve a small road in my village. Every Village/town/taluk or a city should have their own road laying men. Any pothole or road damages should be repaired then and there. For that budget should come from local Sarpanches or village/town taxations. In corporations they collect heavy taxes where is all that taxes going. Tenders/Contractors system should be abolished in India.
