hello sir am from aspur,dungarpur (rajasthan) me aap se ye kehna chahta hu ki hamre yha par 90% youngsters he jo out of state he and there is too much space of set industry and others, so plz help us and grow job, develop rail, and yha ke कार्यकर्ता bina pese ke kam nhi karte he there is lots of corruption plz plz help us

This is in reference to heavy passenger burden on our railway.Rush in all class increasing swiftly number of measures has been taken in to consideration despite its a problem.In simple i would like to suggest that for sleeper class reservation concern there should be constraint that up to 200 km journey only sitting facility would be available for that only one or two second siting coaches has to be added.keeping in view average time is four hours for such journey in this way burden be reduced.

Information is important but in the same way it should be reliable by adding the time factor. Every day we find people are not confident about train arrival time. So it is the duty of railway to provided certain information to make their customers confident about train arrival time.

पूछतांछ सेवा केन्‍द्र में नियुक्‍त कर्मचारी का जबाव होता है कि ''लिखा है पढ लो''ऐसे लोगो की शिकायत मिलने पर दण्‍डित किया जाए ा प्‍लेटफार्म परकुली,स्‍टाल,विक्रेताओं के लाईसेंस में प्रावधान जोडा जावे कि यात्रियों द्वारा पूछतांछ करने पर सही जानकारी दी जावे इस हेतु उन्‍हें प्रशिक्षित भी कियाजावे यातायात पुलिस को भी यह निर्देश रहे ा लगातार उद्घोषणा होना चाहिए की कौन सी ट्रेन किस प्‍लेटफार्म पर आरही है एवं गाडियों डिब्‍बे किस जगह पर खडे होगे इसके लिए स्‍थाई संकेतक प्‍लेटफार्म पर लगाये जावे ा

every train should have an LED system displaying the current station which has been passed by train in each bogie as passengers who travel at night face problems in finding out which station the train has arrived :)

sir pls allow MST holders to travel in SLEEPER coach in GONDIA-NAGPUR section or allow perticular coach in every train or a spcial MST holders coach in every train there are 4000 mst holders in this route pls help us to avoid harrasment from TC in train

Respected Sir. Pl introduce registration of mobile number for train enquiry. User can register their mobile number for particular train for a given date of journey - in order to receive automatic updates (SMS) about the train's real time location.
