At least incorporate display system inside coach for information about current station and next station.... Problem of upper berth (especially in night)

I suggest ralway should use token and card system same like Delhi Metro. There will be 2 benefits 1.no paper use-environment protection 2. No one can enter station without Ticket. I understand that to make it operational in whole India takes too much infrastructure and digitalisation but I fell we can do ths

In railway gov have to make a facility for people to give advance money for a year and give a huge discount in their tickets and also have to issue r- card railway card by refilling it from any bank like atm card so any human being can purchase tickets without any human interaction easily like atm transaction

Needs following to improve train service: 1. Clean toilets 2. Needs either lift or escalator for old passengers so it can help in the easy movement and also they can carry their hand bags, as to carry even small bags it is hard to climb the stairs as steps are not with regular treads and riser length/depth. 3. Trains cabins are with air-condition provision, but they are not clean. Passenger has to learn to keep the trains compartments clean (Govt. can not do all, people have to follow rules

If atleast half of the passengers who travel in general cabins in indian railways buy tickets, our railways department will get a surplus within few weeks. Once look at the past data; how revenue increased dramatically in many stations when general bhogies are checked for tickets in some areas. Now a days daily travelling passengers are aware that no one is going to check their tickets in general class. so first please introduce checking system in general compartment and see for change.

Just install ATM like machine user has to enter train number and all the data related to train information he wants to get can get it at the platform or any other place by just 1₹slip

More lines should be incorporated in 139, also NTES should be updated as generally train departs from the station but NTES doesn't show that. Ticketing system has been improved but live running status should be improved along with the maintenance and service of Indian Railways. One more shall be done that feedback of the train should be made online on Indian Railways website that shall be open to all.
