Sir I request if possible can u adopt speakers in the train coch that passengers can here that the next place and they can get to know the destinations Sir

The 139 helpline no. is overcharged,it should be more like toll-free no. or USSD Based system to check PNR and availability.
and it should be written along with the sms we get and also printed on the tickets taken from the booking counter.

Indian Government should remove the scheme for tatkal services and should also increase protection for railways specially trains travelling at night..

Respected PM Sir I am a graduate who is preparing for govt. service exam. I prepared for Staff Selection Commission CGL-2013 but the exam was canceld for first time because of cheatig in exam. First time and the second time we feel again cheating has happend but this time it happen in upper level so please take interest in this matter because this is the question of lots of unemployed youth. We hope whatever you do is helpful for us.Thank you.

My view to improve reservation system is that Railway should stop refunding of reserved tickets 2 days prior to journey date. This will surely kick out the agents, who invest huge money 60 days advance and wait till the train departs. This is due to poor refund system. By this only the passenger sure to travel will book his/her seat and others will able to get reserved seat only 10 to 15 days not 60 days advance reservation.

Digitization is meant for transparency in operation. Can Railways really digitize and share the statement of profit and loss of its every point of business? Can the accountability of loss be fixed and make it public?
