As mentioned in my earlier post a couple of days back, proper communication from TTEs on the availability in running trains to IRCTC or to any intermediate station will help in filling up the vacant berths instead of strictly restricting to Quota system. Two way communication will help in utilizing efficiently even after preparation of the chart.

General tickets can be issued 2/3 days in advance, should be allowed to book online. Kiosks can be utilised effectively with attendant to take care of uneducated and for who doesn't have exact denominations.

There are still lack of dustbins at the railway station, due to that, platforms and railway tracks are been used to throw the rubbish. We must have enough dustbins at the platforms and penalty must be charged to the person, who does not make the proper use of the dustbin.
