unreserved tickets online bhi available hone chahiye. Isse ek to ticket window par lines chotte honge aur dusra jin yatrion ko samay ki kaami ki vajah se ya line lambi hone ke karan be-ticket yatra karni padti hai vo bhi bach jayenge. Agar essa hota hai to isse railway ka munafa bhi badega. Please is vishay par bhi dhyan dijiye.

Auction based system is the best & slowly allow all tickets in on all trains on that basis. Aim for such system to be need based profit making for railways. VIP quotes to be opened up 1 day prior to departure, provide highest – lowest cost info while bidding for next round, mobile based app should not require to take print of the ticket but TC should have app available with his mobile to verify ticket based on SMS / notification, Net Neutrality should be at the highest cost, brokers should be

Ticketing system should be introduced for Open ticket and Reserved ticket through mobile application and eseva centers with fixed charge per person. This will improve financial health of railways and improve ticket delivery to a great extent.

Many people book tickets from abroad for their families in India. But there is a serious problem with the IRCTC payment gateway as it doesn't accept international credit cards. Please change this policy and allow people from US, UK and major countries to book tickets. I will be happy to book a ticket for my old grandfather in India instead of troubling my friends to do it.

Platform tickets available at ticket windows must be stopped and autoamatic machines like electronic weight machines must be developed to issue platform ticket which can increase the efficiency of current ticket windows.Fare of nearest railway station must be more than platform ticket otherwise passengers prefer buying that ticket instead of platform ticket.

Can we implement bar-code on every ticket & make it mandatory for TTE to scan it during ticket examination. The system can work similar to that being used at Airport. In this case, SMS won't serve and every individual have to carry either printed ticket or counter ticket. It would prevent misuse of vacant seat after chart preparation by TTE. Currently it is upto TTE to allot those vacant seats to next waitlisted person. With barcode system, auto notification can be sent to next passenger.

So the RAILWAYS should provide mobile phones to all an duty TTEs and make it mandatory for them to report the position of the reservation chart to RAIL RESERVATION SYSTEM, and to reservation staff of that trains next halt. With this railway reservation system can maintain swaach Bharat and justice can be done to wait listed passengers of that train.
