Everything will be good & effective if the nexus of travel & commission agent with a few black sheep is delinked. it is not understood how the peoples are managing Reserved ticket on the day of Journey, where as general public is not getting the confirmed ticket even before 60 th day of Booking.

There should be a very efficient system for Railway Booking. IRCTC is not at all efficient for the huge demand of tickets. Booking on IRCTC particularly in Tatkal is next to impossible. Booking available for 120 days ago is only benificial for agents, this change is not at all welcome. This type of rules and policy pushes the BJP towards down fall.

Almost 50% of bharat is on aadhar. The solution to our ticketing problem can easy. We can link our thumb impressions to our e-wallets and there must be devices on the railway network that can read the thumb impression and validate from Adhaar system and generate SMS based tickets for designated distances saving, card, paper, plastic and even checking for a TTE will be easy with a counter device as well.

Toilets are really a problem in current trains whether 2AC or 3 AC it is same pathetic old smelly, no water at times tale. Can't we have running sulabh shauchalaya's which are paid and strictly monitored for hygiene. I am sure things can improve for the better and we can achieve swacch bharat at least on railways soon.

A very good initiative has been launched for booking unreserved tickets through mobile app in southern India. This should be extended to mumbai local metro trains for booking one way tickets from one station to another. This will help in facilitating unnecessary resources burden on railways and we will be able to catch train on time.

The ATVM machines in Mumbai suburban railway print paper tickets. This practice can be discontinued and instead an SMS can be triggered to concerned mobile with ticket details as almost all of us carry our mobiles. This will save paper, hassels of ticket getting stuck, no paper, printing etc.

Currently in Mumbai Suburban system one has to approach the ticketing counters to top-up the ATVM card. Not all stations have these counters and not all times are these functional. Instead a simple connectivity from ones bank account(or e-wallet) can be done to railway and on a mere SMS from any mobile in a designated format like "TOPUP 100" we should be able to top-up the card and the money will be withdrawn either from the account or e-wallet. This will ease life a lot.

we need to start more general trains because today so many poor people would like to travel in general class. If general train started then we reduced to crowd and so many people save from great crowd and if this work happens then you something do for poor people.

............................................................... Why don't local train do not have ticketing system like the bus ticketing system(likewise conductor make ticket on bus). This will sharply reduce large queue of line by 50% on ticket booking office and save time of people and bring transparency...As Many of Us don't buy ticket for local train due to urgent travels. TTE can make ticket when we directly go to train .........................................................

महाेदय मेरा विषय पी0पी0पी0 माडल पर सुझाव यह है सवारी गाड़ी पी0पी0पी0 पर चलाइ जाये रेल इंजन व डाइवर व गाड भारतीय रेल का हाे वह उसके सवारी डिब्बे कम्पनी के हाे अाैर रिजव टिकट पर रेल का 60 व कम्पनी का 40 पतिशत लाभ बाटा जाये जनरल डिब्बाे के यात्री की कमाइ रेल की हाे रिजव डिब्बे मे टी0टी0 कम्पनी का हाे इससे रेल काे सटाफ की भारी बचत हाेगी घपले की संम्भावना बहुत कम हाेगी क्याें कि रिजव टिकट हाेगे व यात्री डिब्बाे की लागत रेलवे की बचेगी।
