the present system of using printed charts by TTE need to replaced with electronic device with bar code system on conventional tickets and e-tickets. this device to be connected to central system through internet so that the vacant seat details are sms to RAC /waitlist passengers. more over it will update the current available seat info leaving no room for manipulation. the special quota chart be released one hour prior to dep and waitlist passengers be updated of vacancies.

1)Humbly submitted to the Honourable Prime Minister Modiji for consideration before the implementation of Bullets Trains in Kerala which is a coastal state with a length of 580 kilometers and breadth varying from 10 to 110 kilometers. 1 kilometer from west is covered by coastal laws where construction is banned. Similarly after 10 kilometers to the east is eco sensitive area i.e., Western Ghats. As such the residable area is only 9 X 580 kilometers when converted will be 15 lacs acres.

2)The population of Kerala is 3.5 crores comprising of about 70 lac families. We may find about 10 lac scattered families in coastal and high range areas. As such we have about 60 lac families living in 15 lac acres of land. About a family house in every 20 cents of land. This becomes evident if we travel in Kerala either by road on rail from north to south.

3)Now let take a look at the development activities Kerala Government is planning(1)Waterway 120 metres X 580 kilometers(2)National Highway 45 meters X 580 kilometer(3)Gas pipeline 25 meters X 580 kilometers(4)8 Greenfield Roads from Kannur Airport(under construction) 45 meters X 500 kilometers. (5)Aranmula Airport where 700 acres land is to be acquired plus its connected roads all 45 meters wide.(6) Yet another 500 acres for Naval Academy.

4)On the whole this will come to 47500 acres of land where we have about 2,50,000 families residing. If take past history of Kerala we have land evicted for Muzhapilangad to Mahe by pass highway about 30 years back. The evictee we not paid a penny and the said road is nowhere to be seen. We have Naval Academy eviction of 2500 acres where after 30 years the evictees are yet to be paid.

5) In 2008 Vallarpadam land eviction of 393 families took place. The said Container terminal is no way around and the evicted families are still homeless without a penny received. About the Container Terminal the less said the better. These are just a few cases. If we go deeper there may be more such cases.

6) By gone is by gone. At least in future Kerala Government will have explain before eviction what they are going to do with the evictees. Will they provide rehabilitation and under the present circumstances where they are going to provide rehabilitation since there is no space for evictees to go. If they just giving compensation where is land for evictees to buy?.
