RAC system in Indian Railways is not less than third class system prevailed in the British Rule. One has to pay full fare of sleeper/III AC/2AC and have to share his/her berth with another passenger in the event of non-confirmation. Railways are taking two full fare illegally from the helpless passenger providing one berth through RAC system. Last month I had to share one berth with another unknown passenger as my ticket was not confirmed at Duront from NewDelhi to Kolkata on RAC.

Why ID card for railway concession (PH) is not issued online so that all the traveler who are getting conceesion through ticket window can get this by IRCTC (actually these people are more needy of this service than normal people.

I have done so much hard work to get the PH certificate and railway concessional certificate . I want to book ticket through IRCTC online system but I don't have railway issued ID card . I get the information that this card will be issued by DRM(chakradharpur 80 km distance) than it will be more problematic to me kindly help us to get this card at Tatanagar (Local railway station) or develop any online system to get this card.why not we can get card by upoading copyies of certificate and photo.

It is not possible to plan journey 120 days before and it is almost impossible to get ticket in any emergency situation. My request is to please remove cancellation facility from ticket and reduce the journey plan to 30 days. No cancellation policy will help to reduce black marketing of ticket. Secondly, trains are running constantly late these days. Please do something in this regard. Trains are getting late by 7-8 hours especially in eastern and north eastern region.

In present reservation system we have to plan 120 days or just 01 day in advance which is not possible for all.I wish to suggest modification in present reservation system which if as given below:(1)70% of the tickets at normal rate can be booked 120 days before.(2)10%of the tickets at Normal rate + 1/4 of present tatkal chargecan be booked 30 days before.(3)10%of the tickets at Normal + 2/4 of present tatkal charge can be booked 10 days before(4)10%can be booked 1 day before at present charges.

सर मेरे हिसाब से tatkal tkt की सीमा बढ़ा कर ३दिन कर दीआ जाऐ. या फीर आबेदक system रखा जाऐ ताकी कोई ब्यक्ती tatkal tkt चाहे ऊसको form भर के irctc मे जमा करे.ईससे ईह पता चलेगा की कीतने ब्यक्ती ईच्छूक हैै़़ऊसी हीसाब से railway को सीट बड़ा सके

Dear Sir, Please Start Direct local Train in mumbai From Kasara/Karjat to Churchgate in peak hours because every time we have to change trains from dader station and catch another train during peak hours so there is huge rush at dader station during peak hours. if we get direct trains we will save time and old age people will have relief from changing trains.
