There should be an option of changing boarding station in the website 24 hours before train departure, if the ticket was previously booked through irctc

if we book online service charge will be charged. whether we are promoting e-ticketing or demoting? e-ticketing is saving salary of person sitting on counter for ticket booking but railway is recovering service charge from customers using e-ticker facility... totally disappointing............. service charge should be removed in e-ticket.

Dear Mr Rail Ministerji. Namaskar Problems - 1. Huge problem in booking & overcrowded counters. Unavailability of births even on the opening day of reservation. 60 days before on 8 am within minutes of opening the counter it becomes waiting. Reasons may be - Brokers, Less trains, uncontrolled population. Pl take care of all these things.Even in TATKAL people que in 24 hrs opening the counter at 10am. Pl look into the matter & solve it. You can try it as an ordinary people. Thanks.

a bar code should be printed on the tickets which should be scanned and saved by ticket checkers during journey . this will stop the illegal selling and allocation of births when a birth remains vacant when a passengr is not able to board the train .
