There should be token system for local trains in Mumbai like Mumbai metro has by reliance this will help a lot like there will be no need of TTE for checking tickets and this will make every passenger to take token ticket compulsory that anyone cannot cheat with railway. This will also reduce the wastage of papers used for ticketing for passengers & all passengers will definitely buy token tickets .

Sir, how can you get WL/PQWL 50 and above at 8.03 a.m. in Karnataka Express in online booking. Sir, please see through the refund rules- which is not proper - when we travel in a group of 4 people, u get a WL for 1 and rest gets cnf tickets, and that person cancel the ticket through TC, but I don't get the refund then. why is that so nor I get TDR from the TC.

Non-reserved passengers should not be boarded into the reserved coaches. This happens in most of the Sleeper class coaches and now this should be stopped.Stringent action should be taken against them.

Ticket vending machines shall be installed at main stations, which shall accept cash or cards. This not only reduce rush at counters, but also gives passengers a big relief who doesnt have cash on hand. Ticket vending machines shall also given to TTEs for better automation and for fast services. This really helps TTEs while collecting excess amount during occasions like fare increase, upgradation of class, etc.

If railways can design a concept of Sure Travelling Ticket (STT). Five days time prior to opening date of ticket booking can be given for this scheme. There will be no waiting list in this category and also there will be no refund on cancellation of these tickets(just like Tatkal tickets)

So please consider this genuine request

Doctors should be offered 40% discount in fare and shiuld be ready to attend any patient any number of times travelling in that tarin
