हमारे देश में प्रकृति को ईश्वर की श्रेष्ठ कृति के रूप में माना जाता है। हमारी संस्कृति की यह विशेषता है कि वाह सभी जीव जंतुओं, पशु -पक्षियों ,पेड़-पौधों,इत्यादि को ईश्वर का सुंदर तम रचना मानती है और ईश्वर ने मनुष्य का निर्माण इन सभी जीव धारियों के प्रबंधक के रूप में किया है। हम उस भूमि के निवासी हैं जहां एक ही नदी के तट पर शेर ,चीता, बकरी, हिरण,खरगोश,हाथी आदि विभिन्न जीवधारी परस्पर द्वेष भाव भूलकर एक साथ पानी पीते हैं, हमारी प्रकृति की यह विशेषता है कि यह सभी जीवधारी एक दूसरे पर परस्पर निर्भर रहते हैं तथा हमारे पर्यावरण की पवित्रता ,सुंदरता ,उर्वरता को बढ़ाने व प्रदूषण को घटाने में सहायक होते हैं, इन पशुओं के बिना हमारा जीवन स्वास्थ्यता के मापदंडों को पूर्ण नहीं करता, हम तभी खुशहाल रह सकते हैं जब ये पशु पक्षी भी खुशहाल रहे। इन सभी पशु-पक्षियों की सुरक्षा,भोजन तथा रहने के स्थान की समुचित व्यवस्था बनी रहे इसका हम सभी को सदैव ध्यान रखना होगा,पेड़-पौधों की बहुलता बनी रहे तथा जंगलों के मूल स्वरूप बना रहे इस हेतु देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक को संकल्प के साथ कार्य करना होगा।

There is a term humanity for humans, in case of animals, it is animality. It is just not important to treat the animals well but it is very essential to take care of all the animals existing in our surroundings. Wild Animals maintains a balance between Prey and Predator in our ecosystem. If we don't treat the animals well, there will be decrease in the population of wild animals which causes disturbance in the ecosystem. Prey population will get high. The importance of treating animals well is that we were same when life was born. We cannot compare us with them as they need care. We can take care of them by not poaching, not teasing them, keeping them in their related habitats. :)
