Taiwan style receipt lottery could improve tax compliance India should consider adapting Taiwan’s Uniform Invoice Lottery for GST purchases. Taiwan has used it since 1951 to encourage consumers to demand receipts, reducing hidden sales and tax evasion. Electronic invoices also qualify. India could create an India Digital Receipt Reward Scheme linked to GST invoices. Every genuine invoice could enter a monthly draw. Hundreds of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 prizes and a few major prizes of ₹1 lakh, ₹10 lakh or ₹1 crore could encourage consumers to say “Give me the bill.” The system could use GST and UPI, with prizes transferred to verified winners. Extra rewards could encourage digital invoices. Promoting digital payments can reduce cash transactions and help boost our economy and curb black money. This is a tool for tax compliance, invoice generation and digitalisation. MyGov could pilot it and measure whether receipt demand and GST reporting increase.

Stop misuse of tax payer money on, 1. Hefty amount as salary to so called social workers but in fact parasites, most of whom are poorly educated. 2. Stop multiple pension to politicians which is in fact corruption on national resources. 3. Must specify minimum qualification to enter politics. 4. Stop income tax on pension

Encroachment on roads, wrong side driving and traffic rule violation is creating hell for commuters. Increased fuel consumption, wastage of time, reduced productivity & general resentments are on the top. Simple solution: Ask authorities to penalize the offenders regularly, Revenue will increase and order will be restored. Housing and urbanization is another area where taxpayers suffer a lot. Town & country planner role in urbanization is huge and they are not doing it. Builders' projects approval without water sewer facility put pressure on eco system and water mafia, septic tanker mafia rule the area

A simple National Economic Classification (NEC) framework to complement PAN and create a common economic identity for every citizen India has built powerful systems for taxation, identity and welfare, but our economic information remains distributed across many systems and a large part of the population does not routinely interact with income-tax filing. I would like to place before the Government a simple idea that could create a common economic language for the entire nation. The proposal is called the National Economic Classification (NEC). It's so user-friendly that anyone, from a student to a beginner, can file their return in just minutes. It creates a simple classification layer that can connect economic information already held by government and enable citizens, households, businesses and non-profit organizations to be represented in a common simple format. NID would identify national economic identity. NEC Code would describe the current economic status of citizen.

Tax filing has to be made in website only. Create an app that could be used 100% to file income tax in play store or app store. Measures to be made by the Income tax department for creating super app for income tax filing by 2028.

This framework proposes a structural economic reform linking direct income tax liability to formal economic activity. Citizens spending 50% to 70% of declared income via verified GST transactions receive a 100% direct tax waiver, incentivizing universal demand for valid invoices and curbing the cash economy. Purchases from Handloom, Khadi, SARAS, and Women SHGs receive a 2X weighted tax credit to channel private capital directly into rural households. Business asset upgrades qualify for immediate write-offs, while a voluntary dual-regime allows taxpayers to choose between traditional profit taxation and the consumption-offset model. By expanding the formal base and surging state GST revenues, this architecture eliminates black money and drives domestic scale.

Lower tax on pension for senior citizens based on age which decreases with increase in age due to increased medical expenditure and caretaker expenses. Older the person, less the tax rate.
