EXISTING EPF AND ESI SYSTEM SHALL BE REPLACED WITH A SIGNAL SCHEME WHICH SHALL ENSURE FREE EDUCATION, MEDICAL SERVICES, ACCIDENT AND LIFE INSURANCE AND PENSION. ALL WAGES AND SALARY SHALL BE PAID THOUGH SPECIAL BANK A/C LINKED WITH AADHAR NUMBER. IT WILL ALSO ENSURE GENUINE DETALS OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND BPL DATA.

Development of technology comes after proper infrastructure, and proper infrastructure need funds & opportunity for their growth. it can come with connectivity, promoting and researching of skill person for that particular rural area.

Strengthening the OFC backbone of our country is the first and foremost thing which govt must do to enable ebanking and other similar services. internet connectivity to the nook and corner of our country will propel growth in all areas.

All the documents necessary to get various certificates/cards for a citizen should be acceptable in digital form. If we make central digital copies of each it can be easily accessible anywhere will saves paper and efforts to preserve that piece of paper, cost of operation. Since Govt. approves person's existence if he shows some piece of paper. Also, the state and center should not have different documents to refer.

Every day lot of people died due to road accident.....but still there is no single traffic light in district SANGRUR(Punjab), and im sure more then 50% city have same condition.GOV should work on this, and anybody can have License without going through Test, even not knowing traffic sign ...actually i want to say we must work on Traffic rule and regulation.

Rural area People has to get used to Internet and Internet thru Mobile . First step is to provide Free Internet and Wifi in common places of an particular village ( Library ,Bus stop ,Panchayat office ) Automatically ,people start using the internet as it come free and start exploring as it's new . We may train the rural people by showing a simple visual clippings in TV channels,ask the bankers to visit the people personally and educate them. volunteers may conduct the knowledge transfer session weekly or monthly to the government / self financing schools of rural areas.

Banks should emphasize on SMS banking and Phone banking. It just needs small amount of knowhow and lesser use of technology since it is into rural area.
