no not at all bcoz the city people only need sense of responsibility bt the people in villages along with it need awareness that lacks there their must b someone to educate them how and where to dump their waste and basic ideas of cleanliness also they need to b taught about personal hygiene "if every person takes care that there is no dirt in front of his house..the world will itself become beautiful" -mother teressa

Everyone has their own responcibility towards Nations cleanliness and Development. Everyone should keep their home and surroundings clean will give a good reault. Keeping clean means dispose off the waste in right way will give good result.municipality people also should understand their Responsibilities.

The single approach is to make people aware that they should understand that they have to keep our surroundings clean . There is no need to tackle differently , instead we should either reuse or recycle the waste or dispose it of properly . People who don't follow these laws should be strictly punished .

Second opinion- Any project should have 4 Stages - 1. Plan 2. Do 3. Check 4. Act Means Plant it , Do it, Check it regularly & then take actions to remove loop holes but presently we are doing only first 2 rest seems public opinion , untill unless public does not Complaint no body will check health of any project , we have to learn many things from Delhi Metro project. one should learn fro the great E. See , Problems are there from years, step taken for this is definitely from many years, if still problem is there is simply means that we are not going in right direction, we have to think differently and solve this problem in different ways in different cities as their localities , we can not reapply US formulae in Indian villages, we have lots of traditional & scientific ways to decompose the garbages at all level , still we have to bother big garbage area with lots of smell in every ci

Chennai is beautiful with out water near the airport people suffering with out water paying water tax 130 Tamil Nadu gov sealing the water bottle @rs 10 for mixing in whiskey @ 60 how mach profitable business How its imp row pls think who have power at least weekly once give them routine drinking water supply people are creaying with out water

can implement fines or penalty for spitting in the public and for throwing wastes in public similar to foreign countries and should engage sweepers properly
