The awareness level and mindset of rural and urban India are entirely different. With rural India, the key issue to tackle is lack of awareness while in urban India, it is more of indifference. So, rural Indians need a lot of awareness campaigns as well as practical alternatives. Urban Indians will have to be handled primarily through the younger generation who are more positive, open-minded and have more exposure to the good practices of public hygiene in the western countries.

The problem of urban and rural are one and the same. 1st and foremost is sanitation there are no public toilet and it is serious which need to dealt in every effective manner ( my suggestion is to have atleast one sulab complex for every 1km and 5km in urban and rural area respectively ) 2 nd there should be a dustbin provided at every 1km and 5km in urban and rural receptively 3 rd most city are filled with advertisement poster on wall of public place. strict punishment must be given

All projects should be directly executed by central govt only, if they will go thru state then these projects could fail as there are lots of corruption in these state departments and people hard earn money go in vain and it also destroy govt reputation. Secondly these projects need to be executed with fixed time frame and quality, tendering and Lowest bidder formula needs to be avoided. We can take DMRC project as an ideal example. last not least people need to be educated about these plans.

With population explosion in INDIA, the rules and regulations are to be modified. In U.S.A.Commercial Malls, Stores, Petrol bunks, Hospitals will provide TOILET facility to all outsiders irrespective of purchasing. In India only customers are allowed. Name boards are not seen and toilets are maintained in secrecy. Making toilet a compulsory provision for sanctioning license for Medical stores, General stores,Hospitals,Petrol bunks,Bakeries and all Shops whose business turnover runs in lakhs.
