Drugs Have Several Categories and Definition.Need to RE-DEFINE our Laws for all these categories.People take drugs in several situations and when there is demand there is supply. So we need to Eradicate the Demand Side first and simultaneously we should find the ways to eradicate the Supply Side. Middle East Countries have Stricter Laws.Various Medicine Components ( Chemicals Mix ) acts as Drugs to Many.Need to re-define Laws pertaining Chemical Usage and Distribution in INDIA.

Dear Modi Ji, i am writing this on behalf of my Wife. Her brother is caught in this drug menace. He is addicted to Bhaang which is readily available with Paanwalas in neighborhood. In lucknow this is rampant. They sell to children as well. Addiction has left him addled, confused and emotionally disturbed which is taking a toll on his body as well on the entire family. Paanwalas operate with impunity, protected by police. Our protests are in vain. Please help solve this issue and save lives!!

In India drugs menace is on rise and the youth is mainly targeted by the smugglers to expand their trade.
Terrorist groups are also using drug trade to finance their military growth.
So adequate steps are to be taken to tackle the drug menace.
I suggest following steps to tackle drug usage:
1.Bringing awareness among the youth on the bad affects of drug usage to their precious life. When I was in Canada I observed large numbers awaress posters in transport systems to sensitivise the commuters

In my view, we can do following to stop menace of drugs:
> Try to ban the sale of all such items in country. It is big revenue source but character and health of countrymen are more important than money.
> Give exemplary punishment to offenders who try to sell such items illegally specially to young countrymen.
> If we can't ban all such items at once then lets try to do it in phase manner and make this country drug free. Enforce age & identity check for selling such products.

Dear Modi ji,
I am writing this because , Narcotism is one of the major factor of drug addiction. Which is usual in Punjab or Border of punjab State. So Our army is doing outstanding job to stop infiltration of Drug across border but this is not enough.
So Modi ji , For My understanding the drug which can impact for narcotism wheather it is cough syrup ,Vicks or any tablet should be banned or should be used under govt. Medical store in Civil hospital.
Regards,
Kartik

The answer is 'BAN'. It may happened that our economy may fall but this decision can save our many upcoming generation.
1.BAN on drugs, alcohol and warn medical shops not to give until prescription from doctor.
2.Stop Black Marketing. Strict actions against smoker/drinkers in public.
3.Arrange medical camps and social awareness drives in schools, college
4. Give specific rights to an IPS officials
5. Take legal actions who are selling unauthorized drugs
6. Control Mafias
