Extending "tatkal" model in every government service sector will help to alleviate corruption to some extent. The public sector servants can be given incentives for having worked for extra time.Financial revenues thus earned by the service provider can be taxed.

Here goes my first idea, I suggest to build a defense school in each State and get all those living in streets (including beggars either abled or differently abled) to move into this defense school, get them trained, educated, groom them and get them employment in Army, Navy, Air force.... This will help us eradicate beggars, bring down illegal activities & child labour, move towards clean India, more than anything else build up our Indian Force more stronger in numbers and strength.
