PM SIR I m a doctor working in govt setup in madhya pradesh. Being young and Naive just 27 years I have just been out of our formal education system I hv seen tht our formal education system is too formal and often fake in real sence We don't do real research but do dummy studies by copying from other old done researches or just change some parameters in the name of reseech and publish papers. My suggestion on this issue of Higher Education

respected sir the system of preparing performance report of subordinate officer by upper one in hierarchy should be abolished as it gives way to casteism and favouritism . there should be a portal on which detail of every officer and there should be positive and negative rating for checking performance . on this basis reward and promotion should be given . it will bring transparency and accountability.

#mygov sir, our cities, towns and villages are suffering from chronic water shortage.to achieve vision of clean India, we need access to clean water bodies. I urge you to make restoring& maintaining water bodies a critical part of town planning,niti ayog plans as well as swach Bharat scoring. A minimum of 5% of the local land shuld hav water bodies and 10% shuld be forest parks. This will not only improve the water access but also bio diversity and tourism. Hope ths vision is shared. Dear Sir, Govt. should actively pursue the education program at all levels like swach Bharath, creating the infrastructure parallely. Decentralization of power to the village level. Organic cultivation for sustainable practices, zero input farming, good quality product and cow protection.Encouraging enterpreneurship and Utilisation of youth and women time and power for the make in Inida drive and value creation.
