Today rashtraprem needs to be enhanced in these sections of Scty. 4. Old vehicles lying as scrap in every city of India is impacting swatch Bharat initiative. One must hv some legislation to deal with it. People in scrap business use public place to conduct there business or such vehicles are lying for years at one place.

Modi ji, please add a line declaring more thrust to the development of digital technologies (Translation tools, language learning courses,Unicode fonts, Handwriting recognition etc.) within TWO years for all Indian languages, including non-scheduled ones. Your declaration will enthuse language IT tool development activists and policy makers. I am working under MHRD as the consultant for Bharatavani Project, which has given platform to 83 languages now (and counting).

We need to a close scrunity on the Annual Appraisal of govern ment officials. More than 50% or so appear to be totally insensitive to the Government's Policy implementation. Many of them support projects/ activities where they may have personal interest but support 'red tapism' by not being proactive on others even if they involve announcements at the highest levels. Why MULTINATIONALS get support at the cost of Indian companies. SMART CITY Projects is another example.Fast track corrections???

Dear Modi ji, I am a Post-doc research fellow at IISc Bangalore. As you may know that on 9th August 2017, scientists all over India March for science and education system and demanding minimum 3% GDP for research funding and 10% for education. You dream about a developed India in 10 years from now,but it is not possible to meet the goal without higher funding in science and education. We have lots of PhD student who can teach youngsters. Use them with new institute for only science education.
