As you may know that on 9th August 2017, scientists all over India March for science and education system and demanding minimum 3% GDP for research funding and 10% for education. You dream about a developed India in 10 years from now,but it is not possible to meet the goal without higher funding in science and education. We have lots of PhD student who can teach youngsters. Use them with new institute for only science education.
