The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has prepared a draft of the 'Central Excise Bill, 2024'. This new draft bill aims to replace the outdated Central Excise Act, 1944, with a comprehensive and modern central excise law. The primary focus of the consultative process is to enact a law that factors in ease of doing business and removes redundant provisions. The draft bill comprises 12 chapters, 114 (one hundred and fourteen) sections and two schedules.

Your suggestions/comments/views are invited in the pre-legislative consultative process on the draft Bill for shaping an efficient, clear, and business-friendly law on the MyGov platform.

आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी , रेल मंत्री जी , कृपया जल्द से जल्द महू खंडवा अकोला गेज कन्वर्जन का काम जल्द से जल्द पूरा किया जाए,तेजी से काम हो और जल्द से जल्द पूर्ण हो ताकि जो छेत्र रेल कनेक्टिविटी से टूट गई है उन छेत्रों को फिर से रेल कनेक्टिविटी मिले । वेस्टर्न रेलवे को फटकार लगाइए और तेजी से काम कराने को बोले , नही तो इनको सैलरी देना बंद कर कीजिए जब तक ये प्रोजेक्ट पूरा नही होता। कृपया जल्द से जल्द महू खंडवा अकोला गेज कन्वर्जन का काम जल्द से जल्द पूर्ण करे। धन्यवाद

Govt. should think of bringing new (Gold,Silver,Bronze) pass system for taxpayers of India based on their contribution as per income slab. This passes can give them some extra privileges in airports,railways & other public infrastructure. Our society is status driven in nature. When taxpayers will feel entitled for getting privileges ,they will have some relief in their mindset against taxing policy. This idea is politically doable, financial viable, socially acceptable.

Central excise bill is a bill to frame our excise tax on international export and import of goods .my suggestion is to promote swadeshi product and minimise tax on goods.it has support our exporter to sell their goods at competitive market at cheap rate.

Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance is responsible for formulation of policy relating to levy and collection of Indirect taxes namely, Customs duty, Central Excise duty Central Goods and Service tax.

Gold is the major channel of flow of money that goes unaccounted, mostly. Since it is equivalent to currency, gold should be a registered commodity like land or vehicle.
