The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has prepared a draft of the 'Central Excise Bill, 2024'. This new draft bill aims to replace the outdated Central Excise Act, 1944, with a comprehensive and modern central excise law. The primary focus of the consultative process is to enact a law that factors in ease of doing business and removes redundant provisions. The draft bill comprises 12 chapters, 114 (one hundred and fourteen) sections and two schedules.

Your suggestions/comments/views are invited in the pre-legislative consultative process on the draft Bill for shaping an efficient, clear, and business-friendly law on the MyGov platform.

आपकी पूरी टीम को बधाई।चौथी बात यह है कि सरकारी मशीनरी का दुरुपयोग रोका जाए जो देश के विकास में बाधा बन रहा है। पांचवी बात किसी प्रकार की दी जाने वाली फ्री सुविधा बढ़ हो।फ्री सुविधा मिलने व्यक्ति कामचोर एवं निकम्मा हो जाता है। छोटे छोटे व्यवसाय करें एवं कमाएँ।जैसे गाय के गोबर से बहुत प्रोडक्ट बनाये जा रहे हैं।भगवान को चढ़े हुए फूलो से अगरबत्ती बनाई जा सकती है।आखरी बात कागज का उपयोग को कम करने के पेपरलेस पद्धति लागू की जाए क्योंकि पेपर की बर्बादी बहुत हो

आपकी पूरी टीम को बधाई।मैं अपना सुझाव देश के विकास के बारे में बताना चाहता हूँ कि हमें सबसे पहले जनसंख्या व्रद्धि पर नियंत्रण रखना होगा। दूसरी बात हमें पर्यावरण की रक्षा के लिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का अनिवार्य रूप से यह कर्तव्य हो है कि वह जो वो पेड़ लगाये उसकी बड़े होने तक वह पूरी जिम्मेदारी रहे। साथ ही घर के छत का पानी को वाटर सिस्टम लगाकर अपने ट्यूबवेल से जोड़े या सोखता बनाकर पानी का जमीन में जाने से पानी का लेवल ज्यादा नीचे चला गया है उसमें सुधार आएगा। तीसरी बात जहां पर गर्मी में नदियां सुख जाती है उनका गहरी करण किया जिससे पानी गर्मी में भी भरा रहे है।

My first opinon is about welding work and all industrial DOT is giving time fire permission and first ade traning should compulsury .My second opnion is all govt work safety precution is compulsury like safety shoe.,eflecting jaket,safety belt, safety cone,safety work progrss bord.
