The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has prepared a draft of the 'Central Excise Bill, 2024'. This new draft bill aims to replace the outdated Central Excise Act, 1944, with a comprehensive and modern central excise law. The primary focus of the consultative process is to enact a law that factors in ease of doing business and removes redundant provisions. The draft bill comprises 12 chapters, 114 (one hundred and fourteen) sections and two schedules.

Your suggestions/comments/views are invited in the pre-legislative consultative process on the draft Bill for shaping an efficient, clear, and business-friendly law on the MyGov platform.

How to Participate:
1. Review the draft of the 'Central Excise Bill, 2024' on the CBIC website HERE.

नगर पालिका सबसे ज्यादा भ्रष्ट है यहां सब लोगों ने परमीशन लेनी हो,नल कनेक्शन लेना हो,नामन्तरण कराना हो हर बार पैसे दिए बग़ैर काम नहीं करते हैं

आज प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना की राशि ₹120000 है जो कि आज 10 वर्ष पहले से ही यहीं है प्रधानमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना की राशि 250000 है जबकी गांव का गरीब आदमी आवास की सामग्री शहर से ही खरीद के लाता है और घर बनवाता है इसलिए मुख्यमंत्री जी से आग्रह है प्रधानमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना और प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना की राशि 250000 तय कर दी जाए जीससे गरीबों को मकान बनाने में आसानी हो क्योंकि 10 साल में महंगाई बढ़ी है, मजदूरी बढ़े हैं लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की राशि नहीं बढ़ी इसलिए मुख्यमंत्री जी आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि एक बार विचार किया जाए जिसमें हम सब गरीबों का भला हो सके राधे राधे जय श्री कृष्णा जय श्री राम

alcohol pe exercise duty badha sahi hai, new law banana bhi jaruri hai, lekin tax me medal class ko kuch rahat milna bhi jaruri hai

as per mediclaim policy no medium class person having any benefit of ayushman while they r paying taxes always. need to give medical facilities for all either in job or job less or senior citizens all must cover in this
