Suggestion Plan for Budget : Social Security for Tax Payers via Health Insurance Example: If a person has paid direct tax throughout his employment via TDS. Till now he has paid around 20 Lakh rupees as tax. Now a retired person or lost his jon due to layoff. This plan would provide health coverage (capped at 20% of TDS paid till date ~ 4Lakh rupees) for the person rest of his life. Amount of coverage can be decided based on the tax paid by the person till now.

Any country that has a population with the following 3 qualities will always be progressive and always be on top of the world ✌️ 1) Less population. 2) 100% educated people. 3) Population who follows rules ( civil, general, traffic, social,...) I will suggest the government should focus on changing our 3rd class work culture and should implement the law of minimum wages ( min 50,000 INR ) In Western countries, people like plumber, painters, garbage collectors, and carpenters,.. charge 4-5 thousand per hour. Because of this, they have a society where people are at the same level. In India, we have 10% rich because 90% population accepted living as poor. ( as we don't have minimum wage laws). For example, Tesla is interested in India because he knows he can get cheap labor and a lot of profit. Also because of average income only 1-2% of the population can afford that car.
