I think we can work on making system more integrated & focused. we can keep swapping coordinator every 1-2 year. make it day- night shift for workers.summer time we can cancel work hour for 2-3 hours, may be. But overall try to make centralized integrated system that should be the priority. And make people understand that GOVERNMENT have no profit to take with them,whole purpose to help them. If we are not doing it on bigger scale thing is PEOPLE will not know about it,so it can effect MARKETING

Implementation of good schemes may take more time, so, immediate steps towards poverty alleviation is required. It is needed to assure rural people about their secured daily/monthly earning and arrangement of timely and regular payment is equally important. As, they don't have enough money to arrange day's meals. To make permanent solutions of rural problems, it may take time, but, some immediate schemes implementation is most urgent for shelters, drinking Water, Health and scope of earning.

Rural Development, Employments are mostly needed. But, a shelter, generation of scope of both skill related and unskilled job are very much needed. It has becomes very difficult to arrange squire meals for the rural people. It's guarantee is needed through implementing various schemes. Education of children living in rural areas are most of them are out of school and they do not find any way out of it.
