In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

रेलवे में सुधार का तीसरा बिन्दु है Frequency एवं Connectivity क्योकि यदि ट्रेन के फेरे कम होंगे तो भीड़ अधिक होगी। अतः ट्रेनों के फेरे बढ़ाए जाए। इसी प्रकार जो क्षेत्र ट्रेन से वंचित हैं वहाँ नई पटरियों को विछा कर कनेक्टिवीटी को बढ़ाया जाए।

Madurai=Theni=Bodinayakanur BG line is to be extended to Kollam in Kerala by crossing western ghat section. This will help one more connection between Tamilnadu and Kerala . This will also help in transporting goods from the western ghats to the nearby ports of cochin and Thuthukudi . This line will help a direct ling from Mid Kerala to Rameshwaram through Madurai. Certainly this will be profitable route. Preliminary survey, FR, Tendering and completion of works will take more than 5 years .

From rail map shown 1. Telangana, chattisgarh and odisha are not all properly connected 2. Some areas in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh jharkand and north east are not connected properly If u can connect all India all blocks and and all mandala districts and tourist places enough railways will develop

please see the duration of journey between two stations.it is still as old as railways ie same for 40 years, not an hour of less journey

आज की फास्ट लाइफ में 3 महीने पहले यात्रा को प्लान करना संभव नहीं है. अब यात्रा के लिए लोग 1&2 दिन पहले ही निर्धारित कर सकते हैं इसलिए कंफर्म टिकट चाहिए. सबसे अधिक आवश्यक है कंफर्म टिकट देना.

All old rail coaches to be used as swatch bharath toilets or to be modified and used for passenger trains in low capacity traffic areas Goods trains to be utilized for transfer tieup with industries one business consultant for maximum utilization Lot of local trains to be included fast ones for less journeys Lot of people need more general compartments or increase sleeper class seats Need more stops and fast trains and clean bathrooms Need more stations all over India

Lot of manpower in railways less work to outsource lot of activities and reduce costs and make railways profitable Reduce subsidies in railway tickets as it us affecting by increasing cist on transport of goods resulting in business loss Ticket checking and entry to be handled effectively Fast moving trains mainly night run to be increased for 12 hrs journey trains Beggars and others to be used for rail cleaning and other works by railways Rail places to be used for sellings

रेलवे यात्रा को सुरक्षित बनाना होगा रेल पटरीयों का नवीनीकरण किया जाना जरूरी है। यात्रियों में सभी को कंफर्म सीट मिले इसके लिए विस्तृत कार्य योजना बनाई जाए। देश का हर छोटा शहर और जिला रेल नेटवर्क से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए। मुख्य पर्यटन स्थलों और धार्मिक स्थानों की यात्रा के लिए पैकेज टूर बनाकर यात्रियों को सुविधा दी जाए। यात्रियों के जानमाल की सुरक्षा भी जरूरी है।
