In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

We are the 4th largest railways.Now we are moving towards bullet trains.We have been listening to track sounds,under carriage & bogie sounds when we open the windows.It was more 40 years ago things have changed.What should be optimum for the present set up at reasonable speeds.By now we have many years of experience. Noise is bound to be there but why,how to solve, analysis to improve sectorwise.Anoise can be reasons for wear & damage. LowNoise at source can give excellent service life/ carriage

My suggestion might be unique but I'd been thinking about this from many years. In a decade, prices of daily needs have been hiked 10 times, cost of living increased too. Still, railway gives just 2 lakh to the family of deceased and upto 50,000 to injured ones Railway needs to increase this amount. A human life can't be as cheaper as ₹2 lakh !

when acquiring land for new railway projects, job need to given in railway for land owners or monthly toll charges need to be paid to land owners regularly for a fixed period like we pay for toll in roadways. then many come forward to give thier land for railway projects

1.Aurangabd -Chalisgaon Rail route be sanctioned at the earliest .This route to be double lined BG with electrification right from inception. The requires building of a tunnel across NH-52 through Autram Ghat complementary with NHAI. 2.A new railway line be laid down from Shegaon-Khamgaon-Buldana-Fardapur (near Ajanta Caves)-Soyegaon-Banoti-Nagad-Chalisgaon. 3.New High Speed Bullet train route from Hyderabad-Nanded-Auangabad-Chalisgaon-Dhule -Nardane-Surat be considered.

Railways are one of the main source of income to Government. Peoples also like to travel in railways, due to low charges. But most of the railways doesn't maintain cleanliness. railway system is not a small work. so to maintain railways properly, workers should be increased. Less people take more time to work. But more can do work in less time. It decrease unemployment, reduces some poverty. Decrease in corruption can help the Development of the Country.

Corruption and system of human resources should be managed and functional income with landuse and railway station social society with local NGO working with railways as collection of revenues should be independently verified raised resources of as compared with those which becomes available as profits raised for its object as indipendent organization by giving as a income to government and to public utilities as earning sources for it

Railway should be independently operation with ceo configuration manner to becomes a govt company with incomes expensive correlation between profits sharing and no losses or beaded at high label and losses incurred at nugget assets and cag report on functions and monitoring ngo for incoming and volunteer to functions for railways
