In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

India' Ministry of Railways on published a draft of the National Rail Plan (NRP) Policy document with a primary aim to create capacity , increase the Indian Railway's model share from 26%of all transport to 45% by 2030 , which in turn would cater to growth in demand right up to 2050. To access the actual demand in freight and passenger sectors a year long survey was conducted over hundred representative location by survey teams spread all over the world. Within the National plan ,"vision - 2024.

No of General coaches should be increased, and dynamic list of empty seats should be displayed outside coaches at every station, so that no seat should go empty , this will also increase the revenue of railways

Respected Sir, My suggestions are Concession in ticket fare may be continued to Sr. Citizen. Now Sr. Citizen Concessional fare was stopped due to Covid-19. Now, two separate coaches may be provided in all trains, one is for Physically Handicapped persons and the other is for Sr. Citizen.

महोदय लॉक डाउन मे बंद की गई कोई भी ट्रेन निरस्त न की जाए तथा उसे उसके पूर्व समयानुसार संचालित किया जाए।

Many people are confused as to who has to pay the delivery charges of the cylenders delivered to your house. kindly give some adds and make it clear to the public as 50rs is charged towards delive and 100rs for fitst floor. kindly make this clear to the general public. Sir, First of all, I will give special thanks to modi goverment for making of new railway route from nagpur to jabalpur via gondia- nainpur. Hence I requested to, Kindly run a train between nagpur to varanshi via gondia- jabalpur new rail route.

Please provide assist (by humans or a kiosk) in every coach like airhostress in aeroplanes. also provide every seat with seat belt, airbags, rubber tubes (Just in case for river accidents) and a fire extinguisher in every coach for passengers safety.
