In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

Proposed a new railways model – “RINGS” (Rail India into Next Generation System), where Railways need to invest less and passengers can have enhanced experience. Also added requirement of hybrid-class coaches as well innovative method of future goods transport system (corrections made in the attachment).

The government should expand the railways to as many countries as possible and start various stations and start new trains so that the people of India can benefit from this facility.

रेल्वे प्रबंधन को रेल्वे बोर्ड और सरकार यह अधिकार प्रदान करे कि हर DRM को 300 से 500 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर यातायात और राजस्व का आकलन कर साप्ताहिक, तीन दिन, दो दिन या रोजाना चेयर कार गाड़ियां सिर्फ बैठने के लिए चलाने की अपने हिसाब से पूर्णतः छुट दे, जिस से आम जनता को रेल का सफर करने मे आसानी और सुविधा उपलब्ध हो इस प्रकार की व्यवस्था से रेल्वे को यक़ीनन लाभ मिलेगा।

अब चूँकि रेल्वे बजेट नहीं होता कार्य डिजिटल है, इको नही,रेल्वे मे सुधार करने होंगे। सरकार ने कुछ नई ट्रेने जरूर शुरू की है मगर आम जनता पर ध्यान नहीं दिया, क्यों कि जनता को साधारण गाड़ियों की ज़रूरत है। आप AC ट्रेने, ट्रेन 18, तेजस, हमसफ़र,राजधानी या बुलेट ट्रेन लाए तो इस का लाभ पैसे वालों को मिलेगा, इस मे सब का साथ सब का विकास कहां? हाँ 300 से 500 किलो मीटर दूरी की AC ट्रेन सिर्फ चेयर कार (बैठने) के लिए वाजिब किराए में शुरू करे तो अलग बात है। ज़रूरत तो साधारण गाड़ियों की है, इस बजट मे जरूर करे।

As a feedback from my Grandfather, please make facility for Sitting Toilet Seats in all trains running in India. Artificial Intelligence and Sensors can also be used to avoid train accidents resulting from collisions between trains.

नमस्कार,मेरे ये सुझाव हैं,1.रेल की एक पत्रिका हो जिसमें कहानी,कविता,लेख,तस्वीर,रेल संबंधित आलेख,सूचना और विज्ञापन हो। इसकी वितरण संख्या के कारण भरपूर विज्ञापन मिलेंगे तो प्रकाशन कठिन नहीं होगा। सफर भी यात्रियों का सुखद कटेगा!2.रेल यात्रा में अकेली लड़कियों हेतु सुरक्षा के और उपाय किये जायें,चर्चा हेतु मैं उपलब्ध हूँ। 3.परिवार हेतु बंद कूपे की व्यवस्था की जाए ताकि सहज और सुरक्षित यात्रा हो सके। 4. इमरजेंसी में सुरक्षा ,मेडिकल सहायता की बेहतर व्यवस्था हो!#डॉ. शंभु कुमार सिंह, पटना 9431466665

SIR, IT’S HIGH TIME TO MAKE SOME REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE IN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION BECAUSE EXISTING MODE OF TRANSPORTATION ARE NOT ADEQUATE. SIR INSTEAD OF INCREASING RAILWAYS, BUSES WE NEED TO INSTALL SOLAR OPERATED TRAVELLATOR ALONG WITH SEATS TO EACH AND EVERY ROAD OF INDIA. EACH AND EVERY ROAD OF INDIA SHOULD BE CONNECTED THROUGH TRAVELLATOR SO THAT EVERY CITIZEN CAN UTILIZE TRAVELLATOR FOR THEIR ROUTINE TRAVEL.

Railway Government should be think about poor people who are not servive high fair for a few distance or long distance journey. Covid 19 has break income and this year agricultre too down. So I extremly request to Gov. Please think for poor person.. Thanks 🙏
