My suggestion for pollution control is applicable to all cities particularly New Delhi. Change the office timings. Like: A) Central Govt Offices: 10:00 to 06:00 B) State Govt offices: 09:00 to 05:00 C) Schools & Pvt Offices: 08:00 to 04:00 Each will have at least 6 hours common timings for interaction within the dept. This simple suggestions will have cascading effect in reducing the pollution: a) Less congestion on the road b) Reduce travel time and less halts on red lights

Government should make online portal, if anybody find any vehicle with pollution then picture send or upload on portal then police should take action against the owner of the vehicle. But 90% police man is corrupted and they did not work properly because they know that nobody will ask questions about on it. As this very truth 80% politicians are also not working well. Prime Minister and President should work on it and hire capable person for such type task.
