TCS on e commerce operators will lead to big blow to Mission Digital India.GST implementation will lead to direct increase in Income tax collections since it is not possible to hide turnover in GST regime since Income tax and GST data is shared.GST will itself boost income tax collections.TCS on e commerce operators is obstructive with no net increase in revenue for Indian Government.Since GST collections will cross 1 lac crore on monthly basis in coming months.kindly withdraw TCS for e commerce

TCS on e commerce operator would lead to increase in huge compliance cost and burden. While TCS paid by sellers on e commerce platform will be reclaimed by filing income tax return with no increase in Tax revenue for Indian Government.GST itself has made all transactions taxable in a transparent manner so what is the need to unnecessarily increase compliance cost of e commerce operator.E way bill and online GST return filing has plugged all tax leakages.Kindly withdraw TCS for e commerce platform

2. Interest earned on deposit should be kept out of aggregate turnover. 3. Along with restaurant service outdoor catering service also should be made eligible to claim composition scheme ( since both the services provide by small tax payers carry same nature of interest). 4. There is ambiguity in ineligible input tax credit on motor vehicle, it should be clarified that repairs and maintenance expense incured on such motor vehicle also should be made ineligible or not.
