All women's toilet in public places (e.g. parks, shopping malls, PSU buildings) should provide free tampons as women in India suffer badly in this respect.
All men's toilet in public places should provide free condoms. This way safe sex, population control can be achieved.

Here are number of things Chandigarh should start doing immediately.
1)Please start by separating your domestic garbage. WHAT IT MEANS? It means you have a separate collecting dustbin( or container or bag) for organic wastes.
It also means the inorganic wastes such as plastic covers are in separate bag or dustbin
It also means all paper waste is again a good idea to collect and sell it to a raddiwaala
It also means all cold drink cans, glass bottles, beer bottles, etc are to be separated.

People should put the garbage in good quality garbage bags, that can be bought from local stores, for storing their garbage and then seal its face with a knot and dispose in the garbage area for PWD workers to collect it. Keeping garbage in low quality plastics doesn't serve any purpose. It's a small price (You can buy 90 Garbage Bags for Rs. 99 from flipkart) you have to pay for keeping your neighborhood clean for your own and your family's sake.
