Our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, envisages a Digital India to bridge the digital divide in our country and further promote digital literacy in order to make development a comprehensive mass movement and put governance within everyone’s reach in India.

In order to work towards our PM’s vision, Ministry of HRD, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) propose the Smart India Hackathon 2017, a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for solving the challenges faced by our country. This initiative aim to institutionalize a model for harnessing the creativity and technical expertise of 3.0 + million students for direct benefit of our nation. Mr. Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of HRD is the Chief Patron of this unique initiative, while Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE & Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman, Founder & MD, Persistent Systems are the Chairman and Co-chairman of the organizing committee of this initiative respectively. NIC, MyGov, NASSCOM, UGC and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini are co-organizers in this initiative. Besides this, several union ministries have agreed to be partners in this initiative.

Smart India Hackathon 2017 will be a computer programming competition which will involve all Engineering colleges with a reach to approximately 30 Lakh students from across India. We plan to challenge the students to think out-of-the-box and offer innovative ideas to build smart applications which will help address major real time problems in our country.

This Open Forum has been started so that participants can share their queries, issues and clarifications about the problem statements with Nodal Officers of respective Ministries and Departments.

What are the future implications when India adopt total technological aspects? Is its dangers for employability for others? Mostly Job in technological feild?

एक बहुत जरूरी चीज ये है digitalisation और विमुद्रिकरण में क़ि सरकार अपने उपक्रमों में card swiping machine लगाये । जैसे रेलवे काउंटर ,irctc के रेस्ट्रुरेन्ट , अस्पताल , ट्रांसपोर्ट या कही भी कैश काउंटर है अगर भारत सरकार का, तो वहां स्वीपिंग मशीन लगाया जाये । सत्यमेव जयते ।

Dear PM ,Demonatisation is one of the greatest bold step taken by anyone in India. We are with you whole heartly. But some of the bugers who are mostly affected by this move are creating unnecessary rucks and distrubing the sessions of Parliament. Why not like labours laws if there is no work there is no pay applicable to parliament session also. After all they are paid bcoz we pay tax and we don't want some jokers creating hurdles in countries progressive path.

Cashless atmosphere: Pls tell all banks to enable mobilebanking/ netbanking feature for all category of accounts in India. Banks keeps this control for lower category accounts. Banks expects very minor service charge for this ! It is It is first and mandatory step to make cashless atmosphere..If u not did by your uniform policy/ order to banks. Banks will initiate complicated procedure for public. In this situation public will started to run away from being cashless. Movement.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम, आपके द्वारा नोटबंधी व पड़ोसि देश के खिलाफ उठाये गये क़दम सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक के लिए में बधाई देता हूँ साथ ही मैं आप से आग्रह करना चाहता हूँ की एक सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक देश में हो रही नशाखोरी के खिलाफ भी होना चाहिये हमारा देश पूर्ण नशा मुक्त हो इसके लिये हम नागरिकों का कर्त्तव्य तो बनता ही है की हम अपनी तरफ से नशा खोरी के खिलाफ मुहीम छेड़ें लेकिन आपकी ओर से एक सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक नशा मुक्त भारत शुरु की जाये तो आपका ह्रदय से स्वागत है धन्यवाद कमल सोनी विदिशा म.प्र.

For Hackathon 2017 only college students can participate. Experienced Persons & Professionals who are justifiably better placed to Identify Potential Needs, Limitations and Security Concerns can be included in a sub competition for HACKATHON IDEAS. The topics of the main competion could either own or from subjects from the subcompetion. The IDEAs behind the program are more important than the actual programming itself. Also issues of Securty, Emergency Issues and Data Backup on Indian soil.

मेरी सलाह सरकार को यह है की कैशलेस इंडिया बनाने के लिए सरकार को पहले आधारभूत सुविधएं प्रदान करनी पड़ेगी जैसे इ वॉलेट ,फी SMS रिसीप्ट पेमेंट उसके साथ साथ नगद लेनदेन के लिए कड़े नियम बनाने बढेगे तथा नगद लेनदेन की सीमा तये करनी पड़ेगी #MyGov

Honourable prime minister I wanted to say that you should take some steps to impose the same rate of tax in every field which will be better for the poor and middle class as if 5% so that your dream of cashless India can come true.or may be the product is sold at the Indian market at mrp inclusive of all taxes
