Our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, envisages a Digital India to bridge the digital divide in our country and further promote digital literacy in order to make development a comprehensive mass movement and put governance within everyone’s reach in India.

In order to work towards our PM’s vision, Ministry of HRD, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) propose the Smart India Hackathon 2017, a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for solving the challenges faced by our country. This initiative aim to institutionalize a model for harnessing the creativity and technical expertise of 3.0 + million students for direct benefit of our nation. Mr. Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of HRD is the Chief Patron of this unique initiative, while Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE & Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman, Founder & MD, Persistent Systems are the Chairman and Co-chairman of the organizing committee of this initiative respectively. NIC, MyGov, NASSCOM, UGC and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini are co-organizers in this initiative. Besides this, several union ministries have agreed to be partners in this initiative.

Smart India Hackathon 2017 will be a computer programming competition which will involve all Engineering colleges with a reach to approximately 30 Lakh students from across India. We plan to challenge the students to think out-of-the-box and offer innovative ideas to build smart applications which will help address major real time problems in our country.

This Open Forum has been started so that participants can share their queries, issues and clarifications about the problem statements with Nodal Officers of respective Ministries and Departments.

to open a retail 1 has to go wid registrations & a compulsion can be made that d firm has 2 take a POS machine & then only VAT/GST/TIN number can b issued, this wil force them 2 take POS otherwise ppl r smart enuf to avoid it as this wil make a compulsion on them to show the sales as it wil be documented in other records(i.e bank A/c). this can be done by the bank who can give a certificate of POS installation @ all the shops and Branches the firm owns before applyin for GST

कोई भी दुकानदार चेक लेने के लिए इसलिए घबराता हे क्योकि उसे पता नही होता की खरीददार के अकाउंट में रकम हे भी की नही ,उसके लिए एक आसन रास्ता ये हे की दुकानदार चेक की फोटो खीच कर ifsc कोड के अनुसार दिए गये नंबर पर whats app कर दे ,जैसे अगर ifsc कोड ibkl0000049 हे तो चेक idbi bank,सिविल लाइन के रायपुर ब्रांच का हे , तो दुकानदार idbi के रायपुर ब्रांच में whatsapp करेगा और फिर idbi बैंक वाला पहले देखेगा sign और अमाउंट की उपलब्धता को देखते हुए उतना अमाउंट फिर उतना अमाउंट ब्लॉक करके वो सूचित कर देगा

TO DIGITISE FOR BANKING PLEASE LIMIT BANK ATM STILL 2500 FOR ONE ATM PER ATM CARD IF YOU NEED MORE GO ANOTHER THIS WILL STOP LOOTING AND THE ACTION STILL THROUGH ONE TO DIGITISE BECAUSE ONE WILL REACT MORE AND LEARN ONLINE TRANSACTION OR WILL ALSO VALUE FOR MONEY ALSO GOVT DECISION IS GOOD FOR MORE THEN 10000/- ONE SHOULD PAY BY CHECK OR ONLINE.

पंचायती चुनावों के कारण उपर तक की राजनीति दूषित है। स्‍वच्‍छता अभिियान जैसी अनेक योजनायें अयोग्‍य पंचायतों के कारण सफल नहीं हो रही है। गावों के विकास के लिए इन सभी काेे ध्‍यान में रखकर बजट तैयार करना अधिक लाभदायक है।

लोक रीति में लडकी को पिता की सम्‍पति, जमीन नहीं दी जाती, कानून में हक है। इसमें पारिवारिक क्‍लेश व कोर्ट की शरण में लड्किया जाने लगी। आधुनिक सभ्‍यता में संयुक्‍त परिवार प्रथा एक दो से अधिक संताने फायदेमंद नहीं है। विवाह के साथ ही पिता पुत्र की सम्‍पति में बंटवारा हो जाना चाहिए। पंचायत पर जितना खर्चा होताा है, बजट दिया जाता है। फायदा नहीं हो पाता। पानी के लिए जगह जगह टंकीया सुखी पडी है। छोटी छोटी टंकीयों की बजाय बडी टंकीया बनाकर पानी सप्‍लाई की जाये तो धन की बचत, जल व्‍यवस्‍था अच्‍छी होगी।

हमारे देश में न्‍याय लेना आसान नहीं हैै, किसानों की बर्बादी का यह एक बडा कारण है। बहुत कम किसानों के पास बडे खेत है अधिकांश के पास 2 से 5 कच्‍ची बीघा है। पगडंडी रास्‍ते व बंटवारा मुकदमाेे का मुख्‍य कारण है। आवारा पशुओं के नुकशान के भय से कंटीले पेड लगा रखे है अथवा तारों की मेड कर रखी है। सरकार 100- 200 बीघा पर पुख्‍ता कंटीीली तारों की मेड बनाने के लिए अपने बजट में प्रावधान कर बाकी शेष हटवाकर पगडंडी रास्‍ते बनादे तो मुकदमे बाजी कम होगी। पशुओं के नुकशान से सरकार की छवि खराब हो रही है बचेगी।
