Regarding currency ban and black money hunting, I suggest this is the right time to introduce e-money which can be transacted through mobile. We already have a payment gateway 'RuPay' and using it we have to have an mobile app under government just like 'paytm' or 'pockets'. There many of that kind but one under the government that people can trust and can be adopted as unique application throughout all the Indians phones.

Respected Pradhan Mantriji, Looking at the current situation after higher notes demonetisation most of the educated peoples are using Paytm as a tool to do there smaller amount work. My suggestion is why not government build our on tool to do such small transaction like Paytm. This money will remain with government and Peoples can trust this tool as it will be control by Gov. Peoples can do there small transactions cashless, this will reduce cash flow in market hence black money creation.

Adarniye HRD Minister ji. Sir, Countrywide every school should invite the parents of every child (once/twice monthly after work hours or on holidays) and educate/train them on various digital technologies and apps available on phones etc.(e-banking and e-payments is a good starting case) School staff should encourage knowledgeable volunteers (parents, technology institute students and staff) to provide the training in these sessions. This is one way to promote digital literacy in the populace.

*User of Addhar Card as Wallet for e-payments* Please check the possibility if Addhar Card can be used to load money and swapped to pay like debit/credit cards. Mobile app linked with Addhar Card for e-payment currently mobile number is used. Users will have more trust on this as it will be owned and managed by government.
