for skill development , govt should appeal volunter who cn give time to learn first and then train others. once they are trained they can visit villages and train other young people in villages or atleast they can train them how to use skill programmer of govt. that way it will go long way, people still in villages do not have access of inforamtion yet. govt can use kisan tv and make 1 hr programme which will broadcast the diffrent skill prograam , how to enrol,what kind of job people can get

skill development is important and is taking India to a great extent , but the basic drawback behind the skill development is reservation, which is not sharpening the skill of those student who are getting it. and think if unskilled teacher will teach what will be the base of the children. there should be strong decision on it either it should be totally removed or everyone should get even general also.

Separately Volunteer Citizen Village Development Scheme(VCVDS) should make in every village under which volunteer person will take part through Gram Pradhan cum BDO and forward an application to allot AAbadi land and GS Land accordingly to make Gram Welfare work through villages volunteer person for making children park, toilets, school etc and will be developed under Govt rules so that employment will be grown up and healthy citizen of village can be made better than Sansad Gram Yojana.

The land bill should be passed by calling joint session of parliament.The congress who have made worst position of agriculturist in last 60 years,they are trying to keep the agriculturist in worst position for ever.The grass root level campaingn should be made of congress anti-agriculturist policy and activities in last 60 years of rule of conngress. Youth should come forward in such development mission for India for SABKA SAATH SABKA VIKAS.

First step to make india first in skill development is most of the people in india they have ennough akill in different field but they have no certificate to prove. Can govt. Of india start the progrme to provide certificate qith any exam. And it can provides the data for planning in different field.

The major problem in Skill Development is mobilisation of Students.Central Government ,State Government, Local bodies are in a better position to mobilise students for skill development than Vocational Training Providers ,now Vocational Training Providers are asked to mobilise candidates and their approval will be cancelled if they don't mobilise students and conduct training within specified period.Urgent need for Governmental authorities to mobilise students and send them to VTP for training
