The philosophies of mahatma gandhi n swami vivekanand should be taught at the secondary n senior ssec level.so that the students can understand the idea of empowerment of india through skill development.

The initiative of Skill Development undertaken by the govt of india can well be identified with the Philosophy of "Man making education" by swami vivekanand and the educational philosophy of mahatma gandhi.these philosophies were meant to transform a child into a useful human being where he could become a selfdependant person and also contribute to tne development of the society n nation. Our curriculum along with skill based subjects also include these great philosophical thoughts.

2. Gov't support for enhancing skills development is required but should be provided in a manner that the system becomes self sustainable in near future or the whole effort is waste as well as waste of tax payers money.

Skill development is a huge initiative. India with its cultural and regional diversity has a huge potential in show casing its skill. My few suggestions:- 1. India's skills specifically in sectors of artisans are caste based. Therefore to widen the scope and involve more people we have work towards dis associating with caste based skills, educate the present genre of artisans / other skills. Provide platform to the young generation for developing skills at higher education.

Such employee cost should be mandate to develop Employee growth and that expenditure should include Skill training Program. As India with slogans like Made in India to create employment such policy should be there to monitor to develop employees (which is Very important to growth of Country). Sir Company's perform great that boost economy of country but only few stake holders are benefited at large not the employees. But with these type of policy public at large will be benefited.

we talk about industry growth, job creation,Skill Development etc.The growth of overall is directly connected with growth of employees and worker.(they get inefficient wages to there hard work and efforts). They do not enjoy benefit fixed percentage of revenue unlike taxes(what govt receive from company).Make appropriate policy so that if corporate make profit they have to spend minimum % on employee.if you see income tax paid>employee cost and what income tax get is because of employee effort.

Indian education system and businesses has huge gap of skill supply and demand wasting potential efforts. I believe skill development need should be drafted by businesses and industries and educations institutes should work on breaking down into courses. South Korea is very good example to follow (Please refer attached youtube video link). Need to motivate experienced people to participate openly to quickly scale up skill building exercise.
