India is a labour surplus country so only labour intensive technology could save the economy in long term in that way growth and development of small scale industries is utmost important for eradicating unemployment and poverty. And skill formation on the other hand should be appreciate by government department via opening up of new universities and colleges especially for various types of skills formation courses like electronics and automobile etc.

Corporate world should adopt village selection thru some lottery system . And provide some sort of facilities to educate youth . Suggestion : depute staff for a month to rural area in schools to give some type of skill e.g. computer skill , any technical skill with demo kits . We have talent in rural area only thing is extract talent who can effort to develop due to financial crisis .

Skill should be develop from childhood . Any type of skill is important for develoment. School is right place to develop skill . If no proper teacher same can be learned from internet e.g. YouTube . Internet play major role for skill development . India is producing many doctors engineer but we lack quality doctor engineer as college are now good business . Vocational courses are of utmost importance. Public-private partnership should be appreciated. The government should attempt to reach out to remote areas and bring out the talented youth of the nation.

"ENERGY SHOULD NOT BE WASTE BUT USED" The energy conservation should be on such moral concept. In this modern culture, it is not possible to limit the utilisation of energy, but, it can be encouraged to use in respect to necessities, instead of show of status. Further, to earth resources have limitation while other resources of energy like, sun light, air, etc. have no limitation except seasonable use. hence, it should be encouraged the people to use such energy more than earth created energy.

Education is the most integral necessity of the man dwelling in 21st century, but is our Indian education system up to the mark? Do our children know how to apply for their passport or to pen a bank account?Children might know fluent English but they lack in the practical knowledge. So only making the children bookworms is the purpose of our education system or just checking their memory by taking their exams. This is not the education that would build the future of India.

Great initiative indeed !!! however, a long way to go so that everyone possess the skill with which one doesn't feel deprived despite having several so called degrees and diplomas...
