Lets first understand why we need to produce skilled workforce. In 2020 there will be 13 nation throughout this world, who will become super aged. When i say super aged i mean, people with 65 and above. Japan in one of them, By 2020 every third person in Japan will be above 65. That is one of the reason Japan working very hard in producing Robots, who can act as nurse for those people. Now coming back to the topic of Skill requirement, India is the youngest nation in this equation.

Andhra Pradesh: I recommend Instead of having a super capital, three capitals, Legislative capital(Kurnool) Judiciary capital(Vishakapatnam), Executive capital(Vijayawada), so that development will be distributed as follows the South African model of capital construction. The feeling of Regionalism growing every day and eventually the demands for separate states too increasing. To curb regionalism I urge AP to be an ideal state in distributing development as well as capital

First step to develop skill in india is to find a way to stop people in IIT AND IIM student to go abroad.goverment create student thinking that ,student would work in th country but they go abroad and settle down there. US saves 5 billion dollars each to create IIT and IIM students.Pass the law for skill migration in india to go abroad becos we dont have any law of best brain to work in india.

I am presently a resident of divided Andhra Pradesh. The central government had constituted an expert committee to come up with a report of areas suitable for the capital and other investment regions and it had. The state government decided not to take committee recommendations into consideration for the capital region. CM about to declare Vijayawada region to be the capital. The region is very fertile for agriculture and making it as a capital will incur heavy loss on production of food grains

we know importance of skill development in our country at present time. a lot of govt. institutes are there which provides the best of it. one thing which is common in it is the reservation system. alot of times it hinders the development just because of some discrepancies in caste and the one who deserves more doesn't get the opportunity. so i suggest that if someone in the family has got the rewards of reservation then no one else should get that so as to maximize the benefits of reservation.!
