My thoughts on skill development is as follows: 1. A complete skill inventory is the starting point. Next all the skills must be grouped by industry, eg. For construction industry, then brick laying, carpentry, plumbing, electric work and other skills put together 2. Standardization and the right method of working each skill should be decided after detailed study, documented and training programs created. 3. Training must then be offered for each skills, student tested, certified. More later

If we need to promote tourism we need to make the sector more organised. May be head hunting for all the tour guides in country and setting up specialised training for them, even giving them degrees in tourism guide specialization.

Strengthening of school and college science education is required for betterment of the country. Age old techniques like remember and reproduce must be replaced by cultivating innovation and independent thinking in basic sciences. Sanskrit education along with mother tongue will help the child to achieve greater heights in their understanding of surroundings and prepares them to meet demands of present day challenges.

Dear Sir,Your gov should make mandatory to join Indian army for all children be it reach or poor at least for 2 years once they reached 16 or 17 to understand the meaning of responsibility and discipline. We can use this force for voluntary work in our society which will be very cost effective and a step towards brighter india. This will reduce crimes like rape and drugs.

Parents can play active role in it and help nuture their child not pressurizing him to become a doctor or an engineer because these are job who will produce more. As i said with time there will be demand for everything.

Manufacturing requires everything, from needle to a ship. For that we have to improve our education sector from ground ups. Respect our child's decision in pursuing his passion, not the degree his/her parents are suggested to him. Respect all the job people are doing. As they koi kam chota nahi hota. In india right now, Parents are deciding what course their child will do, to what all sport he/she will pursue or in other way which job/course or sport will produce more money for their child.

Only 5-6% of the people right now are 65 and above. By 2020, 750 million people in India will be less than 30 years old. Which is double the population of America right now. for any nation to run efficiently, her citizen should produce and produce in a good way. That is one of the reason why we Indians can play vital role in shaping the world going forward. Along with services we have to become a manufacturing hub of the world like India was in 19th century.
